About h2h
Beginnings
In June of 2020, my parents were suffering a business setback due to the Covid-19 pandemic. To help, I created a social media campaign to drive traffic to their Etsy store. This resulted in the store receiving a 42% traffic increase as well as significant sales improvement compared to previous months. Seeing this, my mother made the suggestion – “take all your marketing experience and use it to help other small businesses”. And this is precisely what I am doing.
I am taking my big agency marketing skills (used to generate sales for companies such as Coca Cola, MTV, McDonalds,) and offering it to small businesses in order to boost their growth.
I can assist you with starting a new customer base you never knew existed and spread awareness of your brand and services to potential customers. With H2H Marketing, you can’t lose.
Furthermore, I grew up in a family that runs a small business, so I understand the intricacies of owning and running a small business. I understand having a very controlled budget where every dollar counts and I am here to help those dollars work for you.
Let’s talk, it’s FREE. You will receive a straightforward outlook about your business and the potential for generating new traffic in both sales and brand awareness. I can’t wait to build a successful partnership with you!

The process
h2h workflow
In order to start with a good foundation – and achieve your objectives – every project web, print or social all begin with a Discovery phase. This will give you an outline of a Premium Package. They all have a general outline in this format.
- Kickoff Meeting: Kickoff Meeting: We begin the Discovery phase with a kickoff meeting in which I will get the opportunity to meet key personnel involved in your project. Specific questions will be asked during the meeting about functionality and requirements needed for the project.
- Stakeholder Interview: I will assist you in identifying key stakeholder groups. We will then conduct interviews with up to one member from each of your three most important stakeholder groups in order to fully understand the organizational and creative drivers pushing the project, as well as any technology requirements, overall expectations and success metrics.
- Existing Materials Review: Together we will review existing materials and data provided by you, such as current site analytics and other key documentation, to further inform the strategic direction of the project. We expect that site analytics will identify user patterns that will be further studied through a user-research task.
- CMS: The CMS (WordPress) solution I will implement will be intuitive and user-friendly, with no requirement for coding expertise. I will work hand-in-glove with your team to test and determine the right solutions for the project based on your functionality and requirements.
This step is optional, but suggested. It helps determine how the current website is functioning in organic search. This will be followed up with a conversation about specific business goals you need help with.
- Search Keyword Research: I will help create a master keyword list of relevant potential search queries that reflect content, topics, upcoming campaigns, and strategic priorities for your website.
- Competitive SEO Recommendations: For keyword categories, H2H will analyze the SEO performance of the current website against your top competitors’ websites. Based on this audit, I will make recommendations for developing and optimizing content that exploits competitive gaps and positioning.
Content Audit: H2H will perform an audit to determine the value and variety of your current content. Together we can determine the range and number of content types and how their attributes interact and associate with each other.
Based on your needs we can dive deeper into the strategy behind user personas, social media posting roadmap, future enhancements after the site launches, maintenance and any plugin updates.
This step is broken down into two phases, wire-framing and a conception workshop, this is the process of telling your brands story.
- Sitemap & Wire-frame: This process defines the relationship between features/functionality/content and the templates required for the full experience. Generally most websites will be comprised of one homepage, a landing page template and one content template. We assume the development of up to two wireframes where each wireframe is a unique state of a template.
- Visual Mock-up: H2H will present up to two visual options that will set the tone for the design and development of the site.
The fun part! H2H will develop the visual design of the site based on the approved direction of the visual mock-up. The visual design will include a graphical user interface (GUI) style guide, fonts, colors and graphical treatments. There are two creative concepts and provide up to two rounds of revisions on the chosen design direction. Each concept will be applied to the home page and two chosen containers to show how the layout may work within the desktop, tablet and mobile screen-size breakpoints.
H2H will design and develop screen layouts that capture module level requirements and user interaction. It may be determined during the discovery phase that a separate mobile site or a responsive site is the best fit for the project needs. If a responsive site design is required, all layouts will be built to the responsive requirements to accommodate three screen sizes (mobile, tablet, desktop) per layout. Templates will be comprised of modules or content “widgets” such as photo galleries, feature stories, social integrations, etc.
- Hosting: H2H will identify and recommend an optimal hosting solution based on the backend systems, databases and the selected content management system. I work with a wide variety of hosting solutions.
- Maintenance: H2H will provide ongoing monthly maintenance services, to include programming and design as well as content development. This service is priced separately
